Save it to your desktop then run it (Vista or Win7 - right click and Run as Administrator).
View, Select Column, check Verified Signer, OK
Options, Verify Image Signatures
Click twice on the CPU column header to arrange things by CPU usage, this will put the services with the highest CPU usage at the top of the log.

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on startβ¦all programsβ¦accessoriesβ¦paintβ¦left click in the white area β¦press CTRL + Vβ¦click on fileβ¦click on saveβ¦save it to your desktopβ¦name it something related to the screen your capturingβ¦ BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG β¦otherwise it may be to big to uploadβ¦ Click on the Upload a File tab then after typing in any response you haveβ¦ click on Post Reply like you normally would.
svchost.exe is using next to nothing in PE, were you online when you took the screenshot.
Notice that you have AVG installed, is it a paid for product or a free version.
