Hello David and Welcome to PCHF

Do you use the mouse pad or do you have a mouse connected?

Did the problem start after you attached the Logitech mouse, or did exist before as well?

It may be that there is a Logitech software somewhere that creates this.
It can even be a setting or skin for the cursor.

I have a Logitech Gaming mouse, that was jumping everywhere.
I slowed down the Pointer speed, in the control panel which helped a lot.

Excuse me butting in here but you could try uninstalling the bloated Logitech software if you did install it. It is not necessary unless you want to use advanced features of the mouse. The Logitech software has been known to cause issues in the past.
