Second Space in PC?

Hello Guys! I need a solution for my problem regarding Windows 10 PC. Like we use second space for apps in Android to provide the apps a new phone identity, is it possible to make second space in pc too?

I installed a software in my pc in which i had to put an activity code. Now i need to put that code in same software for multiple times. But the software says I’ve already added that code. Done Reinstalling etc. But nothing happened. Would love to get a solution. Anyone?

Why not create a new user on the system?
No need to download any software.

Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10
