    Could be failing HDD.
    Run CHKDSK using Command Prompt

    Where did you get and how did you create the install software for windows 10?

    If form Microsoft using a corrupt system then you just re-corrupted the system.
    Re-Create using a clean system.

    Did you delete all of the drive partitions before having windows install?
