Windows 10 Startup Sound??

So I followed this guide on how to change the Windows 10 registry to allow you to change the Windows 10 startup and shutdown sounds but It didn’t work. I did everything there and selected the Windows 98 shutdown sound and Windows XP Startup sound, but when I shut down my system, it didn’t make any noises, and it played the default Widows 7 startup sound that comes with Windows 10 Home… So, what are my options? Am I stuck with no shutdown sound and the default startup sound, or can I get it customized the way I want it like how I could on previous versions of Windows?
