    How do I go back to Windows 7? And reinstall Windows 10?

    Why was I able to upgrade to Windows 10 if the laptop didn’t support it. I ran the windows 10 upgrade tool and everything passed to upgrade.

      You will have to preform a factory restore using the disk you should have created from the system.

                Fay do you have any updates for us?

                You might be able to access the recovery partition and preform a factory recovery. You will need to refer to the manual for that system.
