Again BSOD without Safe Mode access - can anybody help?

    Hi!

Iโ€™m few days after reinstalling Windows - reason: failure at boot.
Today I installed Visual Studio, Xamarin and FPGA tools from Altera and Xilinx.
After installation I created restore point and rebootโ€ฆ what happened now?
    Look:

I tried to use Safe mode, system restore from restore point (tried two) and attempt to use bcdedit - all what I found at MS support.
Only BCDEDIT I try to use by command prompt - if is possible to reach it.

Can anyone tell me how to get back Windows to work?
BSOD message is that INFO is wrong, not system, I found also that registry items are wrong - it must to go repairโ€ฆ
Please help me without reinstalling Windowsโ€ฆ
    Thank you very much!

This BSOD is caused by a severe Registry error.

When the SYSTEM hive gets corrupted, it causes this BSOD. Please refer to this MS link for possible fixes, including Restoring Windows 10.

You might need to reset the PC from a clean slate, which means resetting Windows 10 and erasing all files, starting fresh and clean.

Problem is that I have no time to play a game with Windows - last month 2 reinstalations - Iโ€™m angry and sad tooโ€ฆ
Not possible to recover it without reinstall?

Good news - problem was solved by repairing by install DVD - I got last chance and it works.
Thread can be marked as succesfully solved.
