Reinstalling Windows 10 onto same pc.

Hi guys i’m going to reinstall windows onto my pc as i feel it’s starting to slow down. I have windows 10 home right now but it gives me 3 options of windows to install when putting it onto my USB stick. I’m not 100% sure on what to pick, anyone have an idea. this is what it says when installing .[ATTACH]1776[/ATTACH]

or should i just click recommended settings ?

If you want to install a higher version of Windows 10 than you already had, Microsloth will want you to pay for the privilege, so you can only install the equivalent of the existing for free.
