As I recall, you set those when you install the program. So, you would need to uninstall, then download a fresh copy to apply the settings of your choice.

Since the Flash Player is built into Win10, I wasn’t able to uninstall it, so I did a “Install Over Current Version” which it got me to where I wanted to go.(y)
