    BSOD ( Help me )

I am having a hell of a time with this problem.

Issue: I get a BSOD whenever I start my Computer. The windows logo shows, I get about 0-2 spins of the loading icon before im hit with a large
BSOD. Stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.

No other codes. No beeps, nothing.

    What has changed:
Location. Worked on my work all weekend over at my GFs house. Then came home and hooked it up. Worked for a bit at home and left for work. ( shut down ). when I came back I got the BSOD.

Did not update or change anything.

BIOS menu works fine. It sees everything and so on.

    What I have tried:
    1. I have swapped out my SSD drive for a cloned one I made of an older system state.
Also gets the error ( didn’t at first, took about 5 mins before kicked in.)
I cant get safe mode on either. On the older drive I can see the safe boot. But
      it doesn’t work.
    2. I have tried a repair USB. Does not find a problem.
    3. I have tried un-hooking everything and trying one part at a time.
      GPU doesnt change the situation
RAM doesnt change it. one or 2, each slot.
USB, Ethernet , doesn’t as well.
      Keyboard and mouse.
      HDDs, SSDs dont change anything.

It boots with the error no matter what I tried with the above.
    1. Reset Motherboard via battery and short.
    2. BIOS Show The ram, cpu, ,gpu, all my drives

    SPECS:
Motherboard and entire PC is 3 months old.
    ASUS 170i Gamerpro
    Vengeance RAM
    EVA GTX 1060
    SSD
    HHD
    Intel i7

    What im going to try:
Install repair of Windows 10 via USB.

    Hi gio, Welcome to PCHF!

Follow the instructions in my tutorial located here, How to repair Windows 8 or Windows 10.

Follow the instructions from the bold part in the tutorial here: If the Windows Repair All in One tool does not repair your issue with Windows 8 or Windows 10 then follow these steps.

Let me know if you can boot into Windows 10 after performing the above steps.
