Cannot create folders

Why I cant create folders @ desktop?

Have you rebooted?
Have you if you have another user on that system tried on that user?
What new software or changes been made?
When did this start?

Yep i just reoobted …
No i didn’t ..
i installed 360 total protection and glasswire
i dont know i only noticed this now

Create a second user on the system and try it if you do not already have another user on the system.

I tried and at same time i was googling around and i found something and now its working…
It’s something about registry stuff?

Should i post the fix here?

I created a file on notepad and named it

NewFolderFix.reg
