    Problem to buy app in Windows Store - exists any MS mail support?

    Hi!
    I bought in Windows Store on my phone (Windows 10.1611 Mobile) app Sticky Notes Pro without problem.
    There’s rebate to end of Sunday.
    Vesion for desktop is available too, so I wanted to buy it also for desktop.
    When I click Buy, after few seconds error message appears:

    In English:
    Try it later
    On our side occured any error.
    Close

    I tried to contact MS support - impossible without phone or guard/guide (sorry, this translation is maybe incorrect) - simpy - I need to send mail only and get a reply.
    Has MS any mail support? 'Cause mail support is for trading its products, help with activation or for Qs which are not relevant.

    It’s probably a problem on their end. Did you try again later and see if it continues?

      Unbelievable - always was the same error and before writing this reply I was in Store and it shows me β€œYou’re owner”, so I installed it.
      So, single buy for both Windows - Mobile and Desktop.
      It was really problem on their side…
