Windows 10 leaked MS Paint app

Hi!

I downloaded leaked Microsoft Paint app replacement for old long time living MS Paint.
I installed it and tried, worked perfectly. So, I was going to sleep and next day I wanted to try it again and problem - app disappeared from Windows.
So, I tried to reinstall it - and now problem - reports error:
Ask developer for new app package, this package is in conflict with any other which is installed or depends on missing packages or other architecture (0x80073CF3)
This translating is maybe not full correct, but it looks like Paint left pieces in Windows…
So, here’s Q:
How to reinstall Paint app and avoid to disappear it?
Thank you for help.

Yes, that’s true, but my problem is in uninstalling
In linked wizard is written that after installation Paint is possible to uninstall all other Windows Apps like other.
I tried Settings>Apps, Control Panel, tried to search in Program Files, even in WindowsApps folder and whole Windows folder - nowhere is any part of app - so impossible to uninstall.
When I try to install it again it reports this error:

for translation: Paint - Installation failed.
Developer request a new application package. This package may be in conflict with another package that is already installed, or dependent on things that are not installed (depending on package), and is designed for a different architecture. (0x80073CF3)

And I tried 4 different packs… so how to uninstall it?
