    Hi!
    Really unbelievable! It works!
Even I tried to copy it to XP and font is shown in Character Map…
Only one thing I got not to work - running EUDCEDIT.
I write command, it opens EUDCEDIT and in less than second closes window. I tried it also in Safe Mode as admin…
But really your help is unbelievable, can I share your help? Of course with your nickname Antman or if you want real name.
You can mark thread as solved.
    Thank you friend.
    Thank you veeeeery much!

      I am the Antman. googoogajoob

EUDCedit is just another name for Private Character Editor. Are you reporting that it will no longer function? If yes, which version of Windows?

If you are launching it from the command line, try
      start eudcedit.exe

I used command line logged in safe mode as admin, entered command eudcedit and happened written above.
It was after transfer TTE into virtual machine with XP SP3 x86.
I wanted only link it with all fonts.
Saving characters in 10 I’m doing by link to selected font and then link with all fonts.
This it needs to be common for each installed font.

I have no idea what you just said.
In XP, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\eudcedit.exe and double click (or create a shortcut and place it as you see fit).

          or, from a command prompt, C:>start eudcedit.exe

I found the problem, but don’t have solution.
Before copying TTE to fonts folder EUDCEDIT works correctly. After copying TTE into fonts folder and starting in moment closes.
Then I tried to remove TTE from font list and EUDCEDIT again works without problem. I tried also copy TTE into fonts folder while EUDCEDIT running, but private chars of course not available.
            How to solve this?

              EUDCedit is crashing in XP?
              Implies Unicode support error.
              Only guessing here:

EUDCEDIT crashes only after import TTE to Fonts folder.
                Before import it works correctly.
I’m using Czech version, I’m from Slovakia.
BTW: Text below your avatar is in Polish, so you’re near me

Please do as suggested. Check the two boxes in XP regional text settings as shown.
My apologies for confusing you with my czech joke.

Attempt to use EUDCedit as desired (with the TTE file in place).

                  Does it work now?

Ok, I have lot of work but thank you very much! No one gave to me answer on this question - I never know where are data stored.
In all cases - private characters I’ll be creating in Windows 10, XP will update by importing.
Only two Q to this thread I post now:
                        1. Is possible to link private characters with all fonts also without EUDCEDIT? Any script or externally call?
                        2. I need to download fix kb981813 - Microsoft always want always to be assistant and never got link, I don’t know package in which was distributed. Package is for me unusable - I never tried to extract KB separate. So, know you how to download it directly?

                        Nice night.

The best Private Character Editor alternatives are FontForge, BirdFont and MkFont. Our crowd-sourced lists contains more than 25 apps similar to Private Character Editor for Windows, Mac, Web-based, Linux and more.

You are experiencing difficulty with this because you are dealing with matters that involve the Windows kernel.

All EUDC characters are associated to all Unicode fonts by default action.

β€œNo one gave to me answer on this question - I never know where are data stored.”
You replied that you found the file and were able to open it in Character Map.

It is not advised to create fonts in WindX and port them backward to XP. You have already implied (if not specifically stated) that your first attempt to do so causes EUDCedit to crash without an interrupt (kernel does not like it and has no error trap?). There may be an entry in a system log, viewable in Event Viewer, but I see no reason for looking.

                            So, please clarify:
In what OS did you create the characters?

You may have to do it the hard way, one image at a time.
