I have Windows 10 on a new HP laptop. I put Linux Mint on a USB to try only, i get Linux just fine but i cant get WIFI to work i have tried many different things from search, nothing works. Only info i have ( AMD Radeon Graphics )
Thank,s Chuck
historically I used to give various Linux distros a run every year or so.
they all had printer and wireless hardware setup issues - enough that I gave up for ages on Linux.
a couple of years ago I tried ElementryOS and loved it, it got all the hardware drivers right from the get-go.
canβt vouche for Mint but I would have thought from that last distro I tried that Linux finally got their shite together - but maybe not so.
as I had to do previously, search the crap out of Google for the latest wifi adapter driver for your model (if there is one).
back in my early Linux days I had to use a USB wifi adapter or just go ethernet to get over that hurdle.
Hi WIFI works all the time on Windows 10. This is a new computer, i usually use Linux Mint since i cant get Linux WIFI on a USB to try i stay on Windows now.
Thank,s Chuck
