Android Tv box update file advice

Updates for my android TV box have come though as 2 files, one a USB burner file which uploaded OK
but the other is causing problems in that, although I know where it is on my PC, when I come to upload the file its nowhere to be seen: The file in question is: X8H_PLUS_LOLLIPOP_RC2 rar
if this is within the realms of our Forum to help would appreciate some advice thanks

Hello to you good to catch up again…have since managed to isolate file by using Winzip to the following: X8H_PLUS_LOLLIPOP_RC2.img..which is exactly what I required ,but although I can find the open file on my PC, the moment I implement the upgrade the file is nowhere to be seen? Advice if possible please

        Hi,

Have you enabled hidden files and folders in Windows to see if its hidden?

See this link, How to Show Hidden Files in Windows 10.

Agreed, an Amazon Firestick will be a better choice in my opinion.

That settles it, the firestick it is(now ordered),the forum has always fully supported me with all information given prooving to be exactly as required, so as before I thank you for your input, and I think we can now mark this post as SOLVED, as initial info requested no longer required.
