      Something for you to try first, check to see if there is still a recovery partition on the HDD.

      Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F11 key and hope that the HP Recovery Manager opens, if it does , follow the on screen prompts, if not post back and let us know.

              Can I ask how the HDD is identified in the BIOS, a Seagate HDD for example will be listed something like ST1000DM004 and a Western Digital along the lines of WD10JPLX other brands will have similar identification codes, only when such an ID code is present is a HDD actually detected and an entry simply listed as SATA HDD means that the BIOS will and has looked for a HDD in that particular boot sequence but no HDD was detected.

              While in the BIOS you can also check that if the HDD is detected that it is the first boot device.

                  Hi all tq for your respond..it is abit hard for me to check on the details requested..i am not expert in repairing pc but i have learn a lot from you guys..tq very much your your support and guidance..

                  I have manage to get warranty from the online shop and they have replace new hdd for me and now its work as normal

                  Tq for your help
