Hopefully some of our members will chime in soon. In the mean while you can use F11 to full screen,this may help.

Looks to me only the top half of the display is showing on the monitor.
Can you grab the bottom and drag it down?
Can you go into the graphics control panel and set the display to match your monitor resolution?

Have you tried reset Firefox and see if that helps.
Reset Firefox to default settings

Have also noticed that you zoom level is at 135% If you put it back to normal does that make a difference?

If you are still using that Default FullZoomLevel add-on discussed here. That could be attributing to the issue you are having.

Rustys what you said worked. I reset Firefox disabled addons. I seen this worked i went one by one enabling addons. My problem i had fonts in ( no squint to large ) i made it smaller problem solved. Thank You so much. Thank,s Chuck
