    USB

Iam not to great, with Linux. Heres my question, allthough this makes no sence at all to me.
I got Linux Mint on a USB ( not installed ) and it boots up fine with no problem,s I changed the ( bios ) boot order long ago.

I downloaded Puppy Linux to USB used Pen Drive, it downloaded fine with no problems. When i stick Puppy Linux in the laptop on a USB then boot the computer, it boots straight to my Windows 10, instead of Puppy Linux.
    Thank,s Chuck

Assuming your boot up order is still as you say your laptop doesn’t recognise Puppy as a bootable drive. What are you using to create the puppy boot drive? You could try it again.

Here’s a guide that may help?

        To add to Gus’s information.

I have used USB Image Writer form within Linux Mint 18 and have not had any issues.
