    screen shots

Iam new with linux ( newbie, still learning though ). I have Linux Mint 17.3 ISO on a USB it,s not installed. My main OS is
Windows 10, i very rarely use it now. I do think my Linux is far easier to use. I no how to take screenshots on Linux, but i dont no how to send them to PC Help Forums. Sometimes just sending you a screenshot instead of explaining a problem, is easier. Thanks Chuck

    Hello

Assuming screen shots are the same as Windows.. Hit the PRTSCM on your keyboard, then go to paint if Linux has that and paste and save to desktop. Then when you need to post use the upload button, search your desktop save and click open..

Correction…in Linux paint is called gimp.

Hi Chuck, Mint has its own tool for this. Go to the Menu, then Accessories, scroll down the list and there you will find “Screenshot” Very simple tool to use and uploading stuff to the net is pretty well the same as Win10
