Probably best to let PC Specialist do their thing first.
Otherwise you have them saying “do this”, us saying “do that”, and neither party knows what the other is doing, so things could be repeated, missed, or in conflict with each other.

Get back in touch when they have either fixed it or exhausted all their options.
