I have purchased a custom built pc for my son and it is experiencing random episodes where it shuts down and then restarts. The games load but this happens after a few minutes. I have run diagnostics on the memory and the graphics card but both have come back ok. The event log shows a kernel 41 error but I have no idea what may be causing it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
