I’ve restarted my pc, reinstalled graphics drivers and none of that has worked. I’ve also had issues where other applications constantly flicker onto my screen through another application that’s already open. [MEDIA=streamable]q61j4k[/MEDIA]

[HEADING=3]You have asked for help but have told us nothing about your hardware[/HEADING]
[HEADING=3]Can you Download and run and then post. CLICK ON ME[/HEADING]
[HEADING=3]In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.[/HEADING]
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

The last part of each URL is randomized, so only people you provide with the URL will be able to find your profile.

The information given in Speccy cannot be used by anyone to hack your system

Could you also include the power supply specs E.g Cooler Master 850W Gold V2 NOT E.g 850w

                    First try a clean boot

                    If the same issue.
                    Try safe mode

Also, could you post the service tag - or serial number of the Dell

                        The service tag is G61LRN3
A clean boot didn’t solve it nor did safe mode.
I have noticed that the issue has been appearing less frequently when i first turn on my computer but then after around an hour or so it gets worse.

                            Could be a heat problem.
Power off the computer & unplug the power.
Touch a it of metal to discharge the static in your body.
Remove the GPU and check/Clean the fans. You can normally use a paint brush or a can of compressed air.
Before putting the card back in check the back of the computer.
if there is an onboard video test with that.
