Just to be clear when i pulled up this screen it was already on OFF. I didnt do that so i assume it was set on off when the bitblocker problem started after the update.

You are correct, looking at the screen shot it does indeed tell you it is already off.
You should be fine to reboot.
Let’s face it, you can’t leave the PC on indefinitely. (y)

By the way, when you started PowerShell ISE you didn’t select to start it as an Admin, so both those commands failed, hence the red text everywhere and the β€œAccess Denied” error message at the first line after each command.

I just did a restart and it came back on just fine. Should i try the powershell again or leave it alone? Thanks for the help. I dont see run as admin anywhere. I will leave as is unless you advise otherwise.

Golden Rule - if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I personally would run those commands, if only to make sure BitLocker was turned off on all my drives, not just the boot volume drive.
But that is completely up to you.
If you do feel the need, click Start, type in Powershell ISE, in the right hand side, under where you see Open, there should be a down arrow, click that and you should see Run as Administrator.

We’ll close this as solved then.
Glad it’s all working.
