I bought a wireless mouse a month ago and it was working just fine for a while. But out of nowhere it stopped working. I tried different UBS ports for the receiver, changed batteries on the mouse, uninstalled all mice in device manager (didn't see the specific mouse name, but I just uninstalled them all to be safe), tried updating drivers on all mice that were available, and tried googling the drivers for this particular brand but could not find it anywhere (Miniso Ultrathin Metallic Mouse Model MS-270OR).

Any suggestions before I try to exchange it in the store, which will most likely be rejected because this store isn't great when it comes to service?

I think so too. I just wasn't sure if there was a way to access specific drivers or something to see if it is the mouse or my computer

EDIT: removed unnecessary quote.

tried it on another computer and it also didn't work. the store let me exchange the dead mouse so i'm all set.

thanks for all the help everyone!
