BlueStacks might be a better solution. Otherwise, you might create a new account, or enable the guest account to test software out on.
 
is there a fix for the Windroye Error?


Create new admin account or enable the guest account and see if you are able to install.

If not, and if this is the same computer you made the other thread about, perhaps there are some underlying issues that need to be resolved.

Follow up in your thread here, giving the machine a once over may solve unseen issues....

I haven't been checking there recently & noticed there been replies. Sorry for not looking.
