Installed a new gpu and sound wasn't coming through my motherboard to my headphones even tho it showed on windows that there is sound decided to update my motherboard drivers and now my PC completely doesn't boot up. I tried almost everything from removing the CMOS battery to booting up in safe mode.

you don't mention what you have tried, so I'll get the ball rolling with the obvious - have you tried rolling back the updated motherboard drivers?
