Is there any way to get the Windows Firewall Control Panel Applet to say "These settings are being managed by vendor application"?

You need to have a product that supports management of Windows Firewall, such as ESET Internet Security. I use ESET and it says "These settings are being managed by vendor application ESET Internet Security"

There is no list that I can find. But usually, a Internet Security suite will manage the firewall for you.
