Good Morning - For the past couple of days, I have been having an issue where Windows Explorer will stop responding when I am trying to review information on a Network drive. I use the preview pane because I just need to check some information, not open the entire document. I opened the minidump file in WinDbg but cannot figure out what to do next. I am pasting the output below as I cannot even attach a file without Explorer crashing. If anyone has any suggestions how I can resolve this, I would appreciate it.

Thank you. I will do this as soon as I can. I appreciate your help. This is my work computer so I cannot disable the anti-virus. It is installed and maintained by a 3rd party.

This is my work computer

You are welcome but the above is unfortunate, for legal reasons we are not permitted to help with anything other than computers that are for 100% personal use, it may well be your computer but the fact that there is a third party influence involved means that offering assistance is off limits.

I understand. I will continue to research this on my own and will post back if I figure anything out. I have turned off the preview pane and all is working fine.
