when i start my pc i get to the desktop then i can t do anything. When i put my mouse over the taskbar it shows it's loading but it doesn t happen anything. When i rightclick nothing works it's like its frozen but it's not. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

Please help me
