Yesterday my pc was working good and I did play some Dota This morning I was on the game of Dota had a black screen with no signal on my monitor and my pc keep freezes randomly or keep resetting the screen , black screen and keep restarting sinced so what I did format my harddrive and done Fresh windows 10, I done also Windows Memory Diagnostic test and error checked harddrive test with no errors results. I checked hdmi cable and take out my mobo battery but no luck ‍♂️ any help greatly appreciated

Water cooled pc

Intel i7 2600
Amd 290 4gb
Gigabyte sniper 2
12gb ddr3
Samsung 860 Evo 250GB SSD
Barracuda 500gb harddrive
Corsair Rm750W Psu

The GPU can run only 5 minutes after having a black screen on and off or keep restarting but in safe mode my GPU can run longer time

Try removing the add on video card from the MBs PCI-E slot and using the MBs HDMI port.

Sorry but not sure what you mean, are you saying that the CPU cooler was loose and that securing it has fixed the issue.

What did you mean by "my cpu block it's little lose"

If the heatsink is not securely attached the CPU will overheat and causing all sorts of problems in the process, lose heatsink also means that it will need to be removed, the old thermal compound correctly cleaned, a fresh amount applied and then the heatsink fitted back on properly.

If the heatink is not mounted correctly as previously mentioned it can cause all sorts of problems, the HS needs to apply even pressure across the whole CPU and if it doesn`t and you have pressure on one part of the CPU but not another it can cause the CPU to malfunction.

The video TDR failure error is driver related and being honest is the least of your worries atm, you need to get the HS issue sorted out asap.

my pc is in not oc and unistall amd driver i used DDU and install Amd newest driver
Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2 Optional and also i tried (WHQL) doesnt work still have black sceen

**** End of log ****

You have a whole load of problems going on with Windows, drivers + AV issues and namely Avast, too much to address at once so will start with the AV problems as your system could be compromised, a particular risk when you download torrents btw.

Having more than one AV installed on your computer is bad, it will slow down the computer, cause internet connection problems and leave you with no AV protection at all if they cancel each other out as they fight for resources.

Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

If any AV product that you have is a paid for version you should always make sure that you have a copy of the product key kept somewhere safe just in case you ever wish to reinstall it.

You can uninstall Avast in the Control Panel but should you have any problems see Avast clean removal info here Please create a new system restore point first.

Bitdefender removal tools here

Important

If you stick with only Windows Defender, once any other AV has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.
