Windows 10. Cannot install any software. PC Recovery also not working.

Hello.

I remember I deleted some file by mistake and since then I cannot install any new software. I tried to run recovery and I get the same message as in pic attached with no option of "" YES" to proceed further for installation.

I suspect that an in-place repair is required, however if you cannot install any software then this too may fail.
If you can download the media creation tool & run this, choose to upgrade this pc now & hopefully this should replace any Windows files which were deleted.
