When i turn on my computer, it appears error 0xc0000185

Yesterday, while using my computer (actually, it is a notebook) the screen turned black only with a message saying to reset it pressing F4, i tried it but it only turned off and after, returned to the same screen. Can you help me?
 
what is make/model of the laptop?
what version of Windows is it running?
can you provide a screenshot of the error message?
 
Do you still need assistance, reason I ask is because Bruce was waiting on a picture of the error message.

Oh, Sorry for not sending it, it's because i don't have the computer with me.
I gave to someone try to fix it, if anything occur, o will tell you, Thanks
