I am using a pc on a network. On this particular pc when using stock websites like pexels when I click on an image my cursor goes into zoom mode, the magnifier comes on. The cursor goes into zoom mode when I use google images, chrome browser, edge and any other browser. I have tried pressing ctrl + and ctrl - to come out of zoom mode in the various browsers. If I press the escape key I just come out of the image and it goes into a smaller thumbnail image. Ideally I would like to copy the image using ctrl c and press ctrl v to paste the image into Photoshop. However, the image when pasted in Photoshop shows as a smaller version. How do I get the cursor to go away, when I am clicking on an image? I have problem solved an alternative which is to download the image, the image downloaded is the full version, then I simply open the image in Photoshop.

hovering over an image on Pexels brings up the zoom cursor because that is how the site is coded.
no getting around that.

my google images show a hand icon when the mouse hovers over an image.
if yours is different, I wonder if your Accessibility settings for Magnifier are turned on somewhere (or something else in Accessiblity).

and again, the image on any webpage that you right click on and copy is the image quality that will be pasted.
so for example, most web pages only show a thumbnail or some sort of low res image so the page loads faster. copy that image and you get that quality.
clicking on the image usually takes you to a higher res image, so copying that one will give you a better image.

Thanks Bruce,

So the room has 30 PCs, only this PC when I click on the images either Pexels or Google does the magnifier comes on. I am guessing it is accessibility setting. Normally accessibility setting can be got rid off by ctrl +/_ or escape key hwoever this did not work.

30 PC's, , where are you? in a class room, call centre, or bit mining factory, or something? :)
