Hello everyone,

Most of the websites I visit come up on my screen with a very strange format (see below)
It is for any website i visit

When I refresh the screen (or re upload) everything is back to normal. I am using the latest version of chrome. Anyone has a recommendation please?
i even tried uninstalling and re installing chrome. please see the 3 pictures attached.
Thank you so very much for your help and assistance !

do you have any extensions installed?
also try deleting the current profile and make a new one.
have you tried another browser, say, Firefox?

Thanks much Bruce !
what do you mean when you say extensions? i have ad blocker and rakuten installed.
when you say delete current profile, you mean my google account?
i have not tried other browser b/c this issue does not happen everytime. it happens on and off
thank you

yes - adblock and rakuten are extensions.
to remove current profile in Chrome (nothing to do with your Gmail account) click on your profile icon which is to the left of the vertical dot dot dot in the upper right of screen.
go down to Other Profiles, click the cog, in Person 1 click the vertical dot dot dot, click Delete.
next time you start Chrome is will create a new Profile for you.

I deleted the profiles (and did not realize it would delete all my bookmarks...bummer)

Anyway i am testing now... this error happens normally twice or three times a week, so int the past 2 days i have not seen anything yet. Thank you !

sorry, probably should have highlighted that fact, but it should have also gave you a list of how many bookmarks, how many passwords, how many sites, etc, were about to be removed. :)

sounds positive so far - keeps us posted.
