My laptop computer has started showing a message everytime i sign on now.
It appears on my desktop, and it`s a rectangular white box, with a red cross at the
top left, showing this message:
c:\program\files\windowsapps\e0469640.lenovoutility_3.1.16.0_x64_sgrkq8ppsgwt4\pr...\utility.exe
This happened when my computer downloaded some updates about two week`s ago.
I am not good with computer`s, so any basic help to remedy this and get rid of, would be much appreciated/
Thank you.

Hi,

Lets see what is starting up with your machine.

Please download Autoruns. After you download the zipped folder on your desktop, right click the zipped folder and click Extract All. After the folder has been extracted open the regular folder. Run the autoruns.exe program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When you open the program, click the Logon Tab and then post a screenshot of all the startup entries on the Logon Tab in your next reply.

Hi and many thanks for your advice.
I followed your instructions.
I have included three screenshots, although i know you only asked for the "LOGON" screenshot.
I did this as something caight my eye which may help you help me.
The first screenshot shows "EVERYTHING".
About halfway down that page, there is a link which is highlighted in yellow.
The screenshot shows what it is.
The second screenshot shows another highlighted item in yellow just a bit further down.
The third screenshot shows the "LOGON" file, and includes everything listed.

Hi.
I just want to inform you that the issue i had has now been resolved.
I sought help from elsewhere, as no-one got back to me from here, and after
doing what they suggested, my computer is working perfectly with no issues.
Thanks you for your help.
