So today I was trying to sign up for scholarships using various websites and then I was going to game on my laptop...

These thing started to happen

  1. My speakers went out. Windows says they're working, and the problem has been solved. I can't hear any sound at all.
  2. I can't watch videos. YouTube freezes and tells me to restart my computer. Other websites just show me blank screen.
  3. Games I try to open just freeze and can't even close them.

Everything else is working fine I can open anything else. The computer isn't slow or anything but I don't know what it could be.

I already scanned the whole computer with Norton. I tried restarting it.
I have an MSI gs63 stealth.
Bought off a friend that didn't do much with it.
Should I call MSI? or take it to best buy because he bought a warranty from them as well?
I really need my laptop for school, please help ):

Seeing it has a warranty, it may be better to take it back as any fixes we suggest may void your warranty? But it's your call.
