Hi!
I installed free version of VoiceBot which allows control computer by voice commands.
I have installed Slovak version of Windows 10 Pro and it reports that for this language is speech recognizer not available.
Ok, this I know. For this I installed to Windows secondary interface English US. But always is performed test for display language - this has nothing with speech recognizing.
Is possible to override this - without change display language - to change speech recognizing to ENU?

Each idea is welcome.

You need to install a language pack, you can either download from Microsoft or look in Windows update, optional and see if the language pack is listed there.

But I am also reading that the updates or the software its self will not work on certain Windows OS.

Other than what I have written I am not sure what other help I can offer.

I have Slovak Windows and for VoiceBot I installed also ENU language pack. Nothing helps, it requires to have English as main language (or other supported).
This thread I started 'cause I meant that anybody knows overrride it.

I just asked my teenager as she does a lotof work with steam games, she didnt have an answer..

The issue is the W10 Solvak version is the problem even though you have installed a la nguage pack. But I am going to look further into it but I do not think it can be done.

System Requirements

  • Minimum:
    • OS: Windows Vista or higher, Server 2008 is not supported
    • Memory: 512 MB RAM
    • Storage: 50 MB available space
    • Sound Card: Microphone/Headset required for capturing voice commands
    • Additional Notes: Windows only supports voice recognition in these languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish

Hopefully they will get back to you quickly with an answer.Always good to try the main source.

My teenager does not use the software so she couldnt help, now if it was COD or another game she could more than likely fix it.
