Hello,

I have lenovo lapi, in which AMD Radeon Graphic card is present.
I have tried updating Display adapter in Manage device, also tried Roll back update, and now i can see my display card is having latest update in it.
since their is no roll back highlighting now i am not able to roll back update to old again.

Need help to fix this atikmpag.sys blue screen issue in my lapi.

1) is it ok if i uninstall my display card, is it possible to uninstall and reinstall it again.
2) if so from where do i get the required software for installation again.

Hello vijendra,

A #1 is a yes and #2 being an OEM computer any software/driver updates should be available from Lenovo but it does depend on the age of the computer, an older model for example that say shipped with Windows 7 installed is most unlikely to have any Windows 10 drivers available as brand name computers stop supporting older hardware either as soon as a new version of Windows is released or they release a newer version of the same model of computer.

What is the model name or number of the Lenovo that you have.
