Hi, I've very recently been getting constant bluescreens (Used to be once everyday, now I just got two bluescreens today for the first time)
with the error being Video TDR Failure followed by nvlddmkm.sys below.
This almost always happens when I'm watching a video on youtube, and very rarely during a game.

I'm not entirely sure if this is connected, but very rarely when I'm playing a game, the entire PC will sometimes start acting like it's functioning at 2fps, and this issue will persist for a couple of minutes even after I close the game. For this reason I don't think this issue as well as the above issue are completely the graphic card's fault as I don't believe the graphic card would have this effect on the PC in general.

Things I've tried:
Uninstalling the GPU's drivers from Device Manager and doing a clean install
Updating Windows and checking for corrupt files via cmd -> sfc /scannow

My immediate guess would be that the graphic card's dying, but I'd appreciate it if anyone has any other solutions or some other possible fixes I could try.
Cheers.

Looks like you have more than one issue going on, drivers being one and hardware and/or overheating being the other.

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Here's the snapshot.

Also, I think I may have temporarily solved the issue? As I said previously, the bluescreens always happened while a video is playing.
(I said very rarely in games because I couldn't tell if it was the game or the video that was the issue as I very often play games while videos are playing in the background)
I stopped using Chrome and began using Firefox instead and the issue seems to have subsided.
As of now I went 10 hours without a single bluescreen which hasn't happened in weeks.

As for the PSU, I believe I have a 700 - 750W Corsair PSU, I don't know any more than that sorry.

Nothing out of the ordinary in Speccy so hopefully you have resolved the issue.

As for the PSU, I believe I have a 700 - 750W Corsair PSU, I don't know any more than that

Should the issue happen again you are going to have to take off the side of the case and get the info from the label on the PSU.

Been a week with no follow up from the OP so marking thread as solved and closing it.
