I don't really know much about computers or really what my problem is but here are my specs.
Device name DESKTOP-JCH
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz

The problem began about a year ago when out of the blue I was unable to play games that I was usually able to play. I was able to play the game Mordhau very well, which requires a minimum of 8 GB RAM and 16 GB for the best performance. Since then, I have purchased several games that have similar memory requirements and they all have similar memory related errors. I have tried with the help of someone who knows a little more about computers to try to clean my computer and find any viruses and we even replaced the memory with a different set that was supposed to work better but that was useless. (We didn't buy more expensive memory sticks, just replaced them.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this just confuses me so much because at some point my PC was able to run these types of games but now for some reason can't.
 
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Include the make and model of the Power Supply Unit

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
 
Looks like you have at least one stick of RAM in the wrong slot which means that you are not getting dual channel performance.

From your Speccy report;

Says that your MB has four memory slots, if yes, have you got the RAM in the second and fourth memory slots away from the CPU, if not, swap them around then post a new Speccy url for us to check.
