Is there anybody using Video DownloadHelper , it can not work with my computer, I don't know why? I searched a lot, this page caught my eyes http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/video-downloadhelper-not-working.html but it is a little blurry for detail reason. I found that my firefox said "xxxx not supported" , anybody encountered? any idea will be appreciated
