So U have been using this USB wifi dongle for a while now and a few months ago a built a pc but ever time I plug it into the motherboard or the front panel of my case it runs terribly slow e.g 11mbps down/10mbps up were if I plug it into my keyboard (Keyboard has a USB port on it) it works fine and I get normal speeds 40mbps down/25mbps up they dongle works on every other computer just fine except this one and i can't figure out why any help would be nice :D

I plug it into the motherboard or the front panel of my case

Can you also tell us the brand and model name or number of the motherboard and the computer case, if an OEM computer such as Dellor HP etc, post the exact model name and number.

Check the power plan settings for the USB ports, some info on this here

We could do with a Speccy url, we are aware that you have Speccy already and the canned info below is just to save time with the typing :)

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

And my wifi dongle is TP Link Model TL-WN725N

Not what Speccy is telling us I`m afraid :(

Network
You are connected to the internet
Connected through: Realtek RTL8188EU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter

NETBIOS Node Type: Hybrid node

There are a couple of other things of note in Speccy, some will affect performance and one could result in you losing important data.

Power Profile
Active power scheme: High performance This is a form of overclocking that generates heat and causes instability, change it to Balanced in the Windows Power Plan.

The following hard drive is warning of imminent failure, test it before saving anything important to it.

There is also a lot of keyboard, mouse and other drivers installed, you need to get rid of any that are unneeded and the same for any needless software.

NB: Please note that the CAM software can affect your internet connection.

and what is your keyboard make/model.
speccy shows some Corsair and Logitech details but more info would be helpful.
