Problem with WLAN stick, at the beginning I plugged the stick in and it worked just like my mobile phone because I wanted to pull a few photos over then I pulled both things out again and from then on, the two things are no longer recognized on any of my pcs other USB devices apart from the two what can I do?

Hello

Find the devices in your device manager. Click on the given device and with the device plugged in , click un-install device ,then restart the the pc ,this will re-install the software.. Do this with both usb devices.. Also always use your eject usb device safely choice..

still does not work I have tried everything all my other USB devices are recognized only my mobile phone and my WLAN stick no longer, maybe you can reset something but without having to reinstall Windows.

I don’t use a wifi USB stick so can’t give specifics but I would check if you can access the internet with it, if yes then it isn’t the stick. Perhaps there’s been an update to the wifi drivers or even Windows which has disconnected the phone from the wifi USB.
Is the wifi dongle showing as an access point for wifi on your phone?
What happens if you click on share? Does the PC not show as a source?
Is your phone connected to the PC under My Phone?
What make & model of phone is it & what OS?

I mean my cell phone and my WLAN stick are no longer recognized by the PC and I don't know what else I can do. The drivers cannot be installed because I don't have WLAN on the PC.

If you cannot access the internet with the USB stick then it has most likely failed.
Can it be seen under device manager? If not then check further under View>Show hidden devices.
If it shows then right click>properties & choose uninstall device, once complete then select scan for hardware changes & it should reinstall the drivers.

what is the make/model of your phone?
you don't need a wifi stick to access photos from the phone - either Android or Apple.
if Apple, you DO need iTunes installed. once installed, plug the phone in and it'll show as Apple Phone under This PC.

WLAN stick means it must be talking to a modem/router in the house.
if needed to download stuff to get over this hurdle, take the PC to the modem and connect the two via ethernet cable.
