Solved Upgrading ?

I’m very new to the computer scene and I’m not by any means building my own pc but instead I’ve had a pre-built for a couple of months and was wondering the best part/parts to look at for an upgrade that could potentially improve my PCs ability to run games better performance wise. This pc is not the best by any means and that is why I’m looking for help on how to and what to upgrade. I’ll leave my specs below:

Sorry but such generic lists are of no use to us as they do not give us the true picture.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Your computer would benefit from a better GPU but before being able to advise on what you should go for we 100% need to have the PSU info in case that needs to be upgraded as well, the PC having been put together by a large system builder means that the PSU will most likely be a cheap one I`m afraid.

Other than a new GPU I can only see upgrading the RAM to two 8GB sticks of the same spec as being worthwhile, you CPU is locked and cannot be overclocked which is pretty much what limits your options when it comes to the speed of the RAM that you can use.

I've taken off both my side and front panels in an attempt to find the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU). looking everywhere I was comfortable looking I wasn't able to find it but that's just me being new to this. Thank you for the help though and I will definitely use this information to upgrade my pc when I have the chance and after a little more research.

The fact that you cannot find any information label on the PSU is enough to suggest that it is not the best, see example attachment below which is the info that you get on a good quality PSU.
