Unknown names appearing in outlook

Hi. This is bit of a weird issue and I'm hoping someone can shed some light on it. We have a laptop with on. The email acount on outlook on there is one that I don't really use. It''s just a Hotmail account that I created for my xbox live account . This morning my wife went on the laptop and it popped up that I'd recieved an email from natwest bank saying I'd changed my email address (I don't have an account with them). At first she assumed it was phishing email but all the details on the email checked out . My wife thought I had some secret bank account so she phoned me at work to ask me what was going on...... this next part is the actual issue ..... I said to forward me the email to my works email address so I could see it .... when she typed in the first couple of letters of my email address the autocomplete thing brought a list email address of random names that I've heard of.... all girls names!!! Within the space of 10 minutes my wife now thinks I have secret bank accounts and have been emailing all these girls.

Can anyone think how these names have got there? I m at a loss as to how to explain them. I know a couple of years a go I got a few emails about moterbike insurance meant for a guy with the .com equililent of my .co.uk address. And I still get offered jobs in Wolverhampton now. But I've never received emails from random girls So I'm absolutely baffled
