Hi,

A week before I bought a Asus ZenBook S13 with Windows 10 pre installed. Yesterday, when I try to start it shows the boot screen and after that a pop up showing "Automatic Repair". And I followed the steps for automatic repair, but the problem doesn't seen to be over. Its still showing the same.

Please help!

what have you done to the laptop in that week - updates, install software, change any settings, tweaked the Registry, run maintenance programs?

Ya, have installed a windows firmware update. And also have installed a game "Panda Chunky" for my kid.
 
it could be a few things....
as simply as it wasn't shut down properly or as bad as that panda games came off a dodgy site.

doesn't matter really, you know have to get past the Auto Repair screen.
have you given it a few opportunities to sort itself out itself?
sometimes it takes a few bites of the apple to get all its ducks back in a row.

failing that, and assuming we aren't looking at a hard drive fault, and only being a week old, you'd have to bet it's OK (but of course shite happens), then the next step would be a repair of Windows.

you could either use the recovery partition and factory reset the laptop.
or get into the ASO (advanced startup options) menu, then Troubleshoot, Advanced options, then you can try a System Restor or Startup Repair.

failing that, back on the Troubleshoot screen, hit Reset PC, then you decide whether a repair install, leaving programs and files as is, or a fresh install, wiping the lot and starting from scratch is warranted.
