Hello Guys,
I upgraded my PC this week (new case, new RGB cables and a strix 3070)
Everything worked very well so far. I had very good Benchmark results (only strange thing was that some of the programs didnt recognise my cards modell). But then yesterday i discovered a strange problem appearing.

When playing Dota 2 everytime I tab out an in again the game freezes for a good 1-2 seconds this also occurs in main menue. After that I checked some other games and found that in Minecraft singleplayer I only have 100FPS with my old 1080ti i had significantly more.
I cleared drivers using DDU and installed the latest package, I checked all wires none were loose.

Anyone knows how to fix this ?
It is not like it is the worst thing but I am worried that my GPU/ other components might be failing.
My Hardware
CPU I9 9900k (not Overclocked)
GPU Asus Strix 3070 OC
MB Z390 F Gaming
RAM 2x 8GB Corsair Vengance 3200MHZ
PSU Corsair RM 750W
Cooling 6 LL120 Fans + AIO x72 Kraken
Monito WQHD 144HZ Dell , Full HD 60 HZ BENQ

When it comes to benchmarking programs a word of advice, take the results of most of them with a pinch of salt, you have a very good spec build there and if you are having problems with games there are usually two causes, an unreliable internet service and unreliable games servers, being in lockdown in most parts of the world can you imagine how much extra traffic the two aforementioned services are getting.

Fwiw, not a gamer myself but I've lost count of how many Alt - Tab threads I've seen over the years LoL being one of the most common.

If you want us to check out your set up do the below for us;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Couple of things of note in Speccy;

R.A.M.
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1600MHz

Your RAM is being OCd way past what your CPU is comfortable with at stock settings, you need to manually set the RAM to run at 2666MHz in the BIOS.

Graphics
S2719DGF (2560x1440 @ 155Hz)
BenQ GW2470 (1920x1080 @ 60Hz)

Having more than one screen will not cause any drop in FPS but you will see an impact in performance between the two screens, your Dell screen is being OCd to 155Hz whereas the BenQ is maxed out @60Hz

Power Profile
Active power scheme: High performance

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues and the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

You are running an out of date Windows 10, we are now on version 20H2 while you are still running the problematic version 2004, get fully up to date asap.

Last but not least, do not install any third party software for hardware that you do not have and only install the one browser, all these type of programs check for updates which eats up your internet connection

Thank you very much, I will apply those things asap although the ram thing should be okay since i am using 3200 MHZ ram i was mistaken in my first post.
 
You are welcome but can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the whole post to make sure nothing gets missed, thanks.

No the RAM information is correct, Speccy reports your RAM as running at 1600MHz which in dual channel equates to 3200MHz, as mentioned in my reply #4 you need to manually set the RAM to run at 2666MHz in the BIOS as is the spec required by your CPU if you check the specs here

You can do nothing about the two different specs of monitors but you can disconnect the 60Hz screen while you test the system later on.
