Windows updated and shut down . on restart PC wouldn't boot all the way

Was checking recovery in the bios and accidentally reset to factory setting . can you please help
 
Pushed F9 on startup and went into recovery there. Have since seen that some files have remained but the programs installed are the ones that were on the laptop when I first bought it
 
What are you looking for help with Barry?

If looking for personal data on the HDD i`m afraid that if you have restored the computer back to factory settings using a recovery partition then all personal data will have been lost.
