Hello, the day before, the matrix was working 3 days have passed since not using it and the matrix is no longer working properly. There is only the win11 boot screen bar on the screen. I connected to another monitor and it works, I replaced the matrix tape with a new one and still the same.

Based on the information provided it looks like the screen itself has gone bad :(

Have you tried using a system restore point that is before the issue first started.

Hi, I haven't tried, but I will try. Previously, it also did not work for me due to the biting of the AMD and Windows 10 drivers, the screen did not display, only the keyboard shone, I read that you need to discharge the batteries and then the screen worked normally, the same screen flashed as the AMD wines were biting. Thanks for the suggestions.

Sorry Amu2021 but not sure what you are meaning by some of the above, I get the AMD and Windows drivers part but not " the AMD wines were biting."

Just a fyi, drivers will not stop you getting into the BIOS which means that if you are not even getting a BIOS screen the issue is 100% hardware related and as said above the notebooks screen is the most likely bad component.
